The challenge
Reports stuck in a queue
Today
Every question becomes a ticket, and answers wait days.
Conflicting dashboards report different numbers.
Manual prep and slow queries eat the reporting cycle.
No governance: metrics differ across teams and tools.
With Zentavor

FAQ
Your frequently asked questions
How is a single source of truth actually enforced?
Through a governed semantic layer. Each metric (for example, gross_margin_pct) has one certified definition, a named owner and full lineage. Every dashboard reads that definition, so the number is the same whether it's pulled in Power BI, Tableau or Grafana.
Which BI tools do you work with?
Power BI, Tableau and Grafana sit on top of the same governed layer. We don't lock you into one front-end. Underneath, Trino routes queries against dbt-modelled data in ClickHouse, with OpenMetadata for lineage.
Does our data leave our environment?
No. The platform runs inside your perimeter, on-prem or private cloud, so source data and metrics never leave your environment.
How fast are queries at our data volume?
Queries hit pre-modelled marts in ClickHouse via Trino rather than the operational database, typically around 10× faster than legacy reporting setups, with sub-second reads on common dashboards.
How long until teams are self-serving?
We start with a handful of certified metrics and the dashboards that matter most, then expand. Teams stop filing tickets early: report prep typically drops about 75% as the certified layer grows.
What about governance and observability?
OpenMetadata tracks lineage from source to metric, and Grafana monitors the platform end to end. Every metric is owned and traceable, so you always know where a number came from and whether a pipeline is healthy.
